How does billing work?
You are charged ₹99 per month. Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days unless you cancel beforehand through the app or your UPI app's AutoPay settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your UPI AutoPay mandate at any time through the UPI app you used (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
You can download and explore AlertPe before subscribing. A paid subscription is required to activate voice alerts.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any UPI-enabled app). All transactions are processed through secure RBI-compliant payment gateways.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are issued for duplicate charges or failed service activation despite successful payment. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
